EDUCATION

College: Composition degree from CIEM in Mexico, City
Graduate of Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA
Received scholarship to study tabla (indian percussion) at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, in New Delhi, India.

PERFORMING EXPERIENCE

Began playing drums more than 20 years ago, passing through Top 40's bands, weddings, clubs, etc. Played with a
jazz trio that released two CDs in Mexico, City, touring around the country, performing at various jazz festivals.

Played and recorded in LA with various artists including: Joe Jane, Oak Street Blues, Gena Mason, Johnny Kahn, La Mer and Shotgun Break among others.

Works as a session drummer for the company Solstar Music recording drums for Daniel Moore, Judith Slack and the
movie "Cuttin' Da Mustard".

Recorded and released an instructional dvd,"The Beat, a guide to learning" www.myspace.com/thebeatDVD
